Online Participation Process

Dear Participants,

The 6th International Media Studies Symposium (IMS 2026), hosted by the Faculty of Communication at Akdeniz University and to be held in a hybrid format between 22–24 October 2026, will provide online participation through Microsoft Teams. Participants will be enrolled in the symposium session teams via the e-mail addresses provided during the application process. A tutorial video on how to join the sessions on Microsoft Teams can be accessed via the provided link.

All online participants and guests are required to install the Microsoft Teams application on their devices and join the sessions via the relevant link. In case of any technical issues related to joining the sessions, please contact the Symposium Secretariat at ims@akdeniz.edu.tr.

Participants presenting in online sessions are kindly requested to be present at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session time to ensure the smooth running of the program.
