Registration

Participants are kindly requested to complete their registration following acceptance of their abstracts.

The registration fee includes access to the symposium sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, a gala dinner, a social and cultural tour program, and a certificate of participation. Accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the registration fee.

Registration fees are structured as follows:

The registration fee is charged per paper, and the participation fee is calculated based on the first author. For each paper, the registration of one participant is included in the basic registration fee.

In the case of multi-authored papers, an additional participation fee is applied for each co-author who will attend the symposium in person. Accordingly, an extra fee of 40 Euro is charged for each additional participant.Following the completion of the payment, participants are kindly requested to send the payment receipt to ims@akdeniz.edu.tr. It is also important to include the author information in the description section of the payment.
